Processing time: 10 to 20 business days (Friday and Saturday are off days).
We provide the option to add “Taqtaq” details if mentioned in the notes.
No exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect from our side.
In case of a defect, the item will be replaced within 3 days from the customer’s receipt of the order, provided that the abaya is in the same original condition in which it was delivered.
If the item is not in its original condition, the customer will bear the cost of the return shipping label and reshipping.
Minor loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect. Please use scissors to trim them without pulling.
If no issue is found in the abaya, the customer will bear the return and reshipping fees.
If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer will bear the return and reshipping fees.
Order processing time is different from delivery time.
Delivery time: 1–2 days inside Jeddah, and up to 4 days outside Jeddah.
The items shown in the photos match the actual product, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen contrast; this is not considered a defect.
Not adding the logo is not considered a manufacturing defect.
The customer has no right to cancel the order after 12 hours.
The store has the right to cancel any order if a technical error is detected or for any reason, and the amount will be refunded to the customer.
