Accordingly, our exchange and return policy covers the following cases:
1 – Wrong Size
If the customer receives an item in the wrong size, they have the right to request an exchange or return after providing clear photos of the measurement using a measuring tape within 3 days of receiving the order.
2 – Manufacturing Defect
If a manufacturing defect is found in the received item, the customer has the right to request a replacement.
The defect must be documented and photos attached when submitting the request within 3 days of receiving the order.
Terms & Conditions
- The exchange request must be submitted with all required attachments within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Fabric lint on linen material is not considered a defect and is a natural characteristic of the fabric.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories.
- If proven otherwise, the customer will bear the cost of return and reshipping.
